4. Orders & Acceptance • Placing an order on our website does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases such as: • Out-of-stock products • Errors in product description or pricing • Fraudulent or suspicious transactions • Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an email/text confirmation with order details.

5. Shipping & Delivery • We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. • Estimated delivery timelines will be shown at checkout. Delays due to courier, natural causes, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. • Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges • Returns are accepted only if: • The product is defective, damaged on arrival. • The request is made within 2 days of delivery. • Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase. • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10–15 working days after the returned item is inspected. • Certain items (e.g., opened reeds, harmonicas, software, or hygiene-related accessories) will not be eligible for return due to health/safety reasons.
